CCM's annual benefit/showcase of performing and media arts programs feature student entertainment, including jazz, musical theater, piano, opera, drama, dance, harpsichord and saxophone, choral and orchestral performances. Create your own schedule of 20-minute samplings and tour CCM's electronic media facilities, lighting design labs and other backstage areas. This year's menu also includes performances by CCM's Steel Drum Band and quartet-in-residence the Ariel Quartet. The evening begins with a prelude performance by the CCM Jazz Ensemble and concludes with the CCM Philharmonia Orchestra. "Meet John Doe" by Daniel Catán

"Opera Fusion: New Works Lab," a collaboration between CCM Opera and Cincinnati Opera, presents a public performance of excerpts from Daniel Catán's "Meet John Doe." Based on the classic 1941 Frank Capra film and left unfinished at Catán's death in 2011, the work is being completed by a creative team comprising Eduardo Diazmuñoz, Michaela Eremiásová, Jairo Duarte-López and the composer's widow Andrea Puente Catán.
